This villa features 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and queen sleeper sofa villa is able to sleep up to 6. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet,  separate bathroom and access to the back patio.  The spacious living/dining room looks out onto swimming pool through the screened-in patio. The villa is fully furnished with a full kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigrator) and all small appliances (coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots, pans, all dishes, silverware, spice rack). The Kitchen utility room also has a full size washer and dryer. Each bedroom has a TV and private entrance to the their bathrooms. An extra TV is provided in the living room along with DVD player, books, games, etc.... Wi-Fi Internet is included.  

This is a ground-level end-unit that provides convenience and privacy. The unit is in a prime location with direct access to the 1st community pool and barbecue area off the back patio. The resort includes an in-door heated pool, complete exercise facility (weights, treadmills, stair steppers, etc...), 27 hole golf course, and two outdoor pools for swimming.
