portable CD player. Telephone with answering machine in dinette, 2 
extra phones in bedrooms. Equipped with beach chairs & towels, all 
linens. Security. We share beach with El San Juan Hotel & Casino.Ritz 
Carlton Hotel & Casino 2 blocks away. 20 mins. to famous City of Old 
San Juan; Rain Forest, and other historic sites available by car or 
tour vans. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Private Pool, Located ON THE BEACH in Isla Verde. FREE indoor 
parking. Water sports available on beach. Jet skis, Banana boat, Para

$200.00 per night DECEMBER 16 - APRIL 15 2007. Maximum 4 
persons...$50.00 cash left in condo for cleaning lady. A $300.00 
REFUNDABLE Security Deposit needed to hold your dates.
