Our beautiful Villa is situated on the exclusive luxurious resort of 
Emerald Island – a brand new tropical oasis with all the on-site 
facilities you could ever imagine, exclusively reserved for our 
residents. The winding, palm-lined road that leads you to this 
beautiful resort is a prelude to the community’s grandeur. 
Beautifully landscaped with tasteful architecture, Emerald Island 
makes the perfect haven after a day at the nearby attractions or 
shops and offers the luxury and privacy of a gated resort lifestyle 
in a secluded location, less than 3 miles to all the magic of Disney 
(just off the 192 and West of I-4) and close to all the other 
Florida attractions and amenities. 

What better way to enjoy Florida than to “live the American dream” 
and enjoy your own home for a couple of weeks! Why stay in a hotel 
when you can have the luxury of coming home to this peaceful, 
spacious and exclusive villa on the prestigious Emerald Island 
Resort and experience the convenience of home-from-home 
accommodation. This is the closest residential community to Walt 
Disney World's four theme parks making it a much sought after 
location. 

Inside Emerald Island Delight, you will find all of the latest 
features in vacation rentals. Constructed in 2004, all rooms are 
spacious and tastefully decorated with a very high standard of 
furnishings throughout. With 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms, which include 2 
master suites (one king and one queen, with en-suite facilities and 
walk-in closets), 2 Twin rooms for the kids which also come with 
attachments to make large double beds, this villa 
will make the perfect vacation for any size family/families or group 
of up to 10 guests. Our dining room features a dining table with 6 
chairs, and another dining area including table with 4 chairs which 
is great for the children. There is also a breakfast bar with bar 
stools. NEW FOR 2005 FULL GAMES ROOM INC POOL TABLE, AIR HOCKEY AND 
TABLE FOOTBALL

Our beautiful home also includes a fully screened custom built 
heated pool with raised spa/jacuzzi (with removable safety barrier), 
under water light and separate heating controls. We have a separate 
Patio area, with sliding patio doors from the lounge and bedroom 
area, with gas barbecue grill (complimentary use for our guests) and 
a large garden area.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Emerald Island’s facilities include: Clubhouse with a lavish 
swimming pool and spa; Tiki pool bar (for drinks and snacks); 
Gym/fitness facility, sauna and steam room; Games room and a cyber 
café/computer room; Snack bar; Meeting room; Nature trail; 
Children’s play area/park; Barbecue area; Tennis Courts; Volleyball 
Court; 24-hour manned gate entrance; Manned reception and shuttle 
services to Disney Parks & the main area attractions.

You’ll find the freedom to do what you want, and when you want, 
vitally important. This is particularly true for those holidaying 
with children. We have a young toddler of our own and are used to 
travelling overseas, so with this in mind we have tried to make our 
home as child friendly as possible, with lots of free extras (eg 
cot, highchair, lightweight foldaway pushchair/stroller, toys, board 
games, PlayStation 2, DVDs for all the family, provision of a safety 
barrier for access to pool and inflatables are provided for pool 
use), and of course not forgetting the on-site children's play area. 
With all the comfort of home and more than a few holiday luxuries 
thrown in for good measure, we are sure you’ll find your stay at our 
villa one to remember! You have all the freedom to do as little as 
you please or as much as time allows.

All cooking utensils/crockery etc provided, including toaster and 
coffee maker, Oven/hob, waste disposal and full size fridge/freezer 
with ice maker. Vacuum cleaner and Iron/ironing board provided 
All bed linen and towels (including pool towels) provided. 
Hairdryers/alarm clock provided. Full entertainment system, 
including 25” Cable TV, DVD player and movies for 
the whole family to enjoy (along with Cable TV in ALL bedrooms); 
Playstation 2 & games. Stereo system.

When you arrive you will save time as you will not need to go and 
collect the key from an agent (often 30 mins from the villa), you 
can conveniently get the keys from a secure keybox located on the 
villa.  The on-site clubhouse staff are also on hand to assist with 
dinner reservations, attraction tickets or transportation (daily 
transportation is provided at a small cost to all the major theme 
parks, which include Magic Kingdom, MGM, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, 
Universal Studios, Sea World, Wet n' Wild, Orlando Premium 
Outlets ). The staffed clubhouse will provide towel service and 
music at the pool, movie rental and other thoughtful touches to help 
make your stay a memorable and worry-free one. Arrangements can be 
made for late key pick up and also if requested in advance, food 
packs/welcome packs can be waiting on your arrival (at an additional 
charge).

Activities and Attractions

Just under three miles to Walt Disney World (and just one square 
mile to Disney World property) and a short walk or drive to shopping 
and dining, this resort is a perfect spot to be situated during your 
stay in the Sunshine State. Just two minutes drive from the villa is 
Formosa Gardens Shopping Plaza (on highway 192) with a supermarket 
(24-hour), post office, medical and pharmacy facilities, bank & ATM 
machine, liquor store and plenty of choice for dining out or 
takeaway food. We are also very close to the other resorts and 
activities that draw millions of tourists to Orlando year after 
year, including Sea World and Universal Studios.
