Welcome to Sun-Sea & Sand at the Daytona Beach Resort & Conference
Center located at 2700 N. Atlantic just 1 block from the south end of Ormond Beach across the street from The Bellair Shpping Plaza   for dining and shopping  Happy Birthday to us.We are now in our fourth year owning at this fine resort.The reort is beautiful and has wonderful amenities to enjoy for a short or long stay. In recent weeks there have been poor reviews-when you rent from us 1 our rates are lower,we have no hidden fees-we tell you our balconies are small but we have good views we provide beach towels-no need to go to the desk.We are upset with the management and the developer for not living up to the expectations of the owners.We have been in the vacation rental buisness for 8 years and have a very good reputation.                                     
We have 3 units to choose from.The largest is locacted on the 12th floor.It is furnished with a modern kitchen,fullsize frig,micro wave and 2 burner glasstop range-no oven.all kitchen ware is provided. This unit has a king bed.sleeper sofa,coffee table,dining table and 4 chairs tv and 2 dessers-this unit has very nice Ocean,river and city views.The  2nd unit is located next door.It has 2 queen bedsThis unit has 2 queen beds and a table that seats four same type of kitchen..The doors can be opend to make connecting roomsEach of our
units accomadates 4 ,if you have a party of 6 you will need 2 units
k.They can be rented as two units or as one large unit for a
larger group and additional rent.They
both have beautiful city,river and ocean views..The 3rd unit is a 5th floor cirty/river bview.This unit has a king bed and a sleepersofa,a,kitchen with full size frig and 2 burner cooktop.This unit is the most affordable                                                                                                               The resort is located
across the street from the Bellair Shopping Plazza.It is loacted on
A1A .There are buses that serve the area.We decided to buy this type
of unit for all the resort amenities.This will be a great get-away
in the winter.No need to worry if the wind is a little chilly.The
indoor heated pool and jaccuzies will warm you up.Great oceanfront fire pit.Get cozy by the
fire,enjoy the moon and stars and the sound of the surf.

2 outdoor swimmimg pools plus a childrens waterfall pool-Beachfront dining and Tiki Bar . THE
Beautiful
Atlantic.Indoor pool and
jacuzzi,work-out room,bar and restaurant.Bring your lap top the
building has internet or you can use the new buisness center.This is a beautiful,year round
destination

swimming,fishing,walking,shopping,dining,sight-seeing.The ocean deck
at the resort is a lovely place to sit and read and just relax.The
children have room to play in the pool and out.There is a waterpark
near-by and Orlando attractions are an hour drive away.
