*** RENTAL / CANCELLATION POLICY ***
Rental policy: a 50% deposit is required to reserve a week. Upon receipt we will issue a lease. Due to the limited rental season and number of requests, we do not "pencil in" weeks. Balance of rent along with security deposit is due within 30 days of your arrival. If you are forced to cancel your booking, we will do our best to re-rent your week. If we are successful, we will happily re-fund your deposit, otherwise it is not refundable. We accept checks, PAYPAL and all major credit cards.
