This home sleeps 6 and is located on a deep water canal with private
dock-5 minutes from the Gulf of Mexico with a washer and dryer on
premises. It also has a large screened in porch.
Boat rentals are available with-in minutes at 2 local marinas
The master bedroom contains a queen size bed and tv. The guest room
contains two twin sized beds. And 2 cots are available for those
extra quests.
There is a full kitchen totally equipped with a diswasher, dishes,
etc.
Full linens, towels, everything you need.
TV w/DVD in family room

Swimming, beaches, shelling and dolpin watching are all nearby. You
might enjoy boating, fishing or the many world-class golf courses.
Daily casino cruises are within walking distance.
Don't miss the famous Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks. It is great for
sightseeing and internationally renowned Greek restaurants. When you
finish your baklava, treat yourself to a sunset cruise and bring
that camera.
Beachgoers can enjoy Clearwater Beach, Howard Beach, Hudson Beach
and Honeymoon Island, all a short drive away.
Area theme parks include Adventure Island, Disney, Universal,
Cypress Gardens, Buccaneer Bay and many more. See the mermaid show

$400 per week $1300 per month
Cleaning Fee $125 due at time of check in along with 9% sales tax
Deposits: $500.00 Deposit due for the months of January, February, March and April.
$200.00 Deposit due for the mnths of May through December.
Deposits are applied towards the balance due. All monies are due by day of check in!
Cancellations: Deposit minus $25 will be refunded to you with 30 days notice for the months of January, February, March and April and 2 weeks notice for the months of May through December.
Check in is 2 pm on the first day of rental
Check out is 11 am on the last rented day
