2400+ sq. foot home located across the street from Warren Dunes State Park. A perfect retreat for 
the entire family; a great place to rendevous with friends.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This home has plenty of space for everyone. Private yard, fully equipped kitchen with island 
seating, microwave, dishwasher, icemaker, grill, dining room, living room, family room with vaulted 
ceiling and fireplace, washer, dryer, linens and towels. Located across the street from the largest 
fresh water dunes in the world! Master Bedroom King size bed; 2nd bedroom full; 3rd bedroom 2 twin 
beds, 4th bedroom bunk bed w/futon. 

Activities and Attractions

Enjoy strolling along the beautiful sandy beach, climb the dunes and embrace the serenity of the 
gorgeous sunsets of Lake Michigan. Other activities include exploring the miles of hiking paths 
inside the state park, bike riding, golf, fishing, tennis, cross country skiing, sledding, winery 
tours, fine dining, antiques, gallery's, farmer's markets and much, much more. 

Vacation Rental Rates

$1000 p/week up to 10 guests. $10 p/day for each additional guest. $100 cleaning fee, $50 p/pet fee
Off season rates available for weekends or by the week, for fall, winter and spring.
