Vacation Rental Description

Come visit North Carolina's best kept secret Beautiful Lake Gaston. 
It it the best place to find rest and relaxation. if you are looking 
for adventure there is plenty of room to boat,water ski, or you can 
take lessons at the Adam  Fields wake board school,swim ,Jet Ski.
The Boat house has room to dock your boat and or jet ski's. Our home 
has a  private boat ramp. ***No Smoking***

There are plenty of fish to be caught at the lake, so bring your rods.
 Our property is located  in Dove Manor Subdivision (Lizard Creek) 
Just around the corner from Food Lion, marinas and flea market. It is 
a 25 min drive to Roanoak Rapids where there are plenty of stores to 
shop in.

 Our home is a three bedroom Cape with two full baths, situated on a 
1 acre wooded private with level and grassy waterfront lot, 250 ft of 
Bulkhead with panoramic views of Lizard Creek.

The two Bedrooms upstairs have two queen beds in each,
Master bedroom Has one Queen Bed.

***Bring your own sheets and towels***

Porta Crib is available

****Renters are repsonsible for garbage removal****
     (Directions to garbage disposal center at the house)

Vacation Rental Rates

In Season. May - Sept
Weekly Rentals....$1200.00/ week Saturday to Saturday
Weekend Rentals  available per owners discretion
Holidays 100.00 additional

Off Season. Sept -April
Weekly Rentals ....$700.00
Weekend Rentals  available per owners discretion
Holidays 100.00 additional (Thanks Giving & Christmas)

Damage Deposit of $200.00 will be added to the rate, will be refunded 
10 days after stay.
50% of Payment is required to hold your dates Payment in full must be 
received 2 weeks prior to arrival.

We are pet freindly but we do require a $100.00 non refundable 
deposit. 

check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am
