Waterfront with a small private sandy beach, This 3 bedroom
house is in an area called "The Upper Cape" Wareham is also known
as "The Gateway to the Cape" it’s a wonderful place to vacation and
is a perfect location for easy exploration of Cape Cod, Providence
R.I. ,Newport R.I., Plymouth and Boston. Conveniently located one
hour south of Boston, Providence R.I. and Newport R.I. .While in the
area you can visit historic attractions such as Plimoth Plantation
and Plimoth Rock, New Bedford Whaling Museum, Battleship Cove, Lizzie
Borden House,Roger Williams Zoo Providence R.I.,Wrentham Village
Premium Outlets and the Amazing Newport Mansions. There are many
antique shops; art galleries,outlet shops, and quaint gift shops in
and around the area. There’s a ferry services from nearby Falmouth to
Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard ,just a half hour boat ride away to
the Vinyard. You can take a cruise along the historic Cape Cod Canal,
bike, roller blade and walk along its picturesque Bike path. For an
extra day of fun for the family be sure to go to Wareham's "Water
Whizz" water park. There is a beautiful public golf course "Little
Harbor" nearby. One of the best features of this location is that you
do not have the Cape Cod- bumper to bumper traffic and long wait to
get back and forth over the Canal bridges! We will supply a list of
