50% Advance Deposit Required at time of booking, balance due 30
prior to reservation. Taxes and cleaning
not included. Cleaning fee $85.00
Local calls free, use calling card for long distance calls.
A reservation deposit of 50% of the total rent is required at the
time
the rental agreement is signed, before a reservation can be
confirmed.
An additional 50% is due 30 days prior to the date of occupancy.
A security deposit (refundable), cleaning fee and balance of rent are
due on date of occupancy. Guests leaving prior to departure time
will
be charged for the entire period. A $600 deposit is required to
cover damages, major inventory losses. Deposits will be returned to
renter less amounts due for the above reasons upon inspection of the
unit. Prices are based on occupancy of four or less and without pet.
