Vacation Rental Description

FEATURES: This home has all the comforts you are looking for in a  
Hills retreat--a stunning view from both the great room and master  
bedroom, two main floor bedrooms (no stairs required for access),  
satellite TV, and a six person hot tub. 
The Kojak home comes with all appliances, cooking utensils, and  
dishes needed as well as towels, hand soap, and body wash.  Coffee  
and a few spices are also provided. 
Just bring your clothes, toiletry bag, and groceries and prepare to  
have a great time!

Two levels, two full baths, 4 closed door bedrooms. 
Huge master bedroom with king bed, double twin day bed, woodstove,  
tv/dvd, large private deck with awesome view. 
Second upstairs bedroom with queen bed. 
First main floor bedroom with queen bed, private deck. 
Second main floor bedroom with queen bed, private deck. 
Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave,toaster, coffee maker,  
refridgerator, oven, cooktop, clothes washer/dryer. 
Large dining table as part of living room/kitchen greatroom.

Prices are for first two people, $20/night for each additional person over age 12. 
 
7th night rental FREE    Minimum of 3 night stay   Add 5% SD tax 
A deposit of one nights rent is required to reserve your dates. 
Sturgis deposit policy:  1/2 down at time of booking, balance due by  
June 1, 2008.
