Calle Rolph is a private home in one of the best areas of Palm 
Springs, Ruth Hardy Park/Movie Colony. This home is less than 5 
minutes from downtown Palm Springs for restaurants and shopping.

The home was recently renovated with a brand new large pool and a 
spa with a fountain that cascades into the pool. Casa Amici is 
decorated with a mixture of new and old and with loads color 
throughout. The home has a very large, fully equipped kitchen, 
satellite TV with surround sound, VCR and DVD, and CD stereo.

There is a lovely dining patio with a BBQ with 
professional "misters" 
for cooling, a dining table with 6 chairs and there are 3 
comfortable 
lounge chairs for sunning in the warm desert air (temperatures 
average 75F annually with a maximum of 10 days of rain per year.) 

There are soaring mountain views from the living area and spa and 
new 
landscaping with birds of paradise, lavender, annual color flowers 
and young cypress trees. 

The house has 3 bedrooms (two kings and two twin beds) and 2 
baths. All linens and towels are supplied as well as basic paper 
goods.

Ruth Hardy Park, which is just 4 blocks from the house, has 8 public 
tennis courts, a lovely playground, a sand volleyball court and a 
basketball court as well as a lovely walking path. There are over 
100 golf courses nearby with 3 golf courses within 10 minutes from 
the house.

the former homes of Bing Crosby, Bette Davis and many more. 

Dining and shopping in downtown Palm Springs are less than 5 minutes 
by car. 

Ruth Hardy Park is 1/2 block from the house and offers 8 tennis 
courts, a playground, basketball and volleyball courts. 

Golf courses are in abundance in the area and there are at least six 
in the near vicinity. Villa Angelica is only 5 minutes from the Palm 
Springs airport, beautiful hiking areas as well as the nightlife of 
Palm Springs. 

Also nearby is the Palm Springs Aerial Tram, The Living Desert, Palm 
Springs Desert Museum, The Palm Springs Follies, world class spas 
and gyms.

World class attractions are close-by. Joshua Tree National Monument 
Park is less than 45 minutes away, Disneyland is 1-1/2 hours, 
Universal Studios is 2-1/2 hours, Seaworld in San Diego is 2-1/2 
hours, Las Vegas is 3-1/2 hours.
