 Private end unit located on the 10th floor with unobstructed views of the Atlantic ocean. Guest bedroom features views of the Halifax River. Ocean can be seen from the kitchen, living room and the Master Suite. Large private balcony with access from the living room as well as the Master bedroom. Linens, towels, and sheets are constantly checked and replaced as needed to make sure that all of our guests have quality linens for their stay  at the condo. Newly renovated breakfast bar area and guest bedroom. The unit has been freshly painted as well. New Flooring throughout the condo was installed. Free High speed wireless internet.  Secure building with a reserved underground parking space in underground secure garage. Heated ocean front pool with oceanfront hot tub and shuffleboard court. Private oceanfront picnic area. Fitness center and 2 private indoor saunas. Onsite property manager. 

New Furnishings, New Carpet and New Flooring, Central Heating & Air, Three Remote Control TV's, Cable,  DVD Players,  PS2 Gaming system, stereo system with Ipod connection, board games , puzzles, books, movies, boogie boards, fishing poles and gear, beach chairs, beach umbrella, sand toys,blow dryers, iron/iron board,  even beach towels. Dining Room table seats 4 plus 3 seats at the Breakfast Bar.  Laundry room with large capacity Washer- Dryer, Kitchen-Fully equipped w/ Microwave, Small Appliances, Range-Oven, Refrigerator w/Ice Maker, garbage disposal, all of the dishes and pans you will need. JUST LIKE HOME.

We will start you with a supply of paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.  Publix grocery store conveniently located 1 block away. The Sand Dollar Condominium is a family oriented environment located in the quiet area of Daytona Beach Shores. SORRY---NO PETS ARE ALLOWED(per Association Regulations)

Located on the Atlantic Ocean/Daytona Beach. 8 miles from the Daytona International airport.  6 miles South of Main Street Pier. 8 and a 1/2 miles to Daytona International Speedway. Surfing, Jet Skiing,
Water Skiing, Boating, Fishing, Dog Racing, Nite Clubs, Tennis and
Golf in the area for adults; and for children entertainment minature
golf, Amusement Park, museums, theater, Universal Studios, Disney
World, Sea World, Historic ST. Augustine, and Cape Canaveral Space
Center is nearby. Sand Dollar condo is classed as a resort with
ocean front-heated pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna and a Fitness Center.

Weekly rental rates from $695 ( monthly discounted  rental rate for slower rental periods)  to $975 per week. A one time
cleaning charge of $70 plus Florida tax of 12 1\2% is to be added.

Refundable security deposit of $200 needed to reserve condo

MINIMUM AGE FOR PRIMARY RENTER IS 25.
