will get a good nights sleep. The house is 3 floors. The top floor
is a bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom. The views from here are gorgeous. The other bedrooms
are on the first floor and share a full bath. The washer and dryer
are on this floor also.

AM/Fm with cd and IPOD player. 3 TVs VCR and DVD player. Huge stone
fireplace.
 wrap around deck with BBQ.
Washer and dryer, Kitchen fully equipped with all new
appliances,including dishwasher,microwave, and icemaker.
1 Bedroom has a king bed
1 Bedroom has a qieen bed
1 Bedroom has a queen bed and a set of bunk beds  Linens are not provided.

Summer Activities: Camelbeach Waterpark (the largest in PA)
Nearby there are numerous things to do. Golf, canoeing, hiking and
biking. If shopping is your thing the Crossings Outlet Mall is 2
miles away. Over 100 Great Outlet shops!!!!
Winter Activities: You are on Camelback Mt. walk out your door to
the slopes. No more driving to the slopes and carrying your skis.
The community has a great indoor/outdoor pool, indoor tennis courts
and a jacquzzi for your enjoyment.

JANUARY MONTHLY RENTAL 1/2-1/31/11 $3000.00 PLUS ELECTRIC.

A refunable damage deposit of $200.00 is also required.
