most comfortable beds! Walk to the Mansion, Forsyth Park, shops,
restaurants, bars, galleries, grocery store and events. Close to
everything.  Grocery store is one block.

Weekly rate on sale for  $750 with $225 refundable deposit in Winter (holidays such as
4th of July and St. Pat's Day - rate is $850-900 a week)
Monthly rate is $1650 with $225 refundable deposit
Pet fee is $125 for a day or week or a month(non-refundable)
Cancellations 30 days or more are refundable with $75 administration
fee deducted. If we can rent it, we will return your money up to
that time, with 100 deducted.
