Why bother with a condo?  Enjoy the privacy of this lovely single family home located in the  
prestigious Fiddler's Creek development on a quiet street.  The designer-furnished home features  
1800 sq ft under air plus a 2 car garage and large patio with built-in heated pool.  Master suite  
with king-size bed, large his-and-her closets, and spacious bathroom with stand-up shower and large  
tub.  Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with a separate bathroom.  Bedroom 3 is a den with pullout double- 
sized sleeper.  Open living area and dining room table, large kitchen with upgraded cabinets with  
dinette for four.  Kitchen is fully equipped.  Wired / wireless High-speed Internet access is also

Vacation Rental Amenities

Membership in the Fiddler's Creek Club and Spa is optional, but highly recommended.  The Club and  
Spa features a complete workout room with free wieghts and Cybex equipment, aerobics and spinning  
classes, spa services, as well as 6 clay tennis courts, with tennis lessons available.  Some classes  
are extra cost, as is use of the tennis courts, and tennis lessons.  The pool area includes two  
enormous heated pools surrounded by a beautifully landscaped and maintained setting.  The Gator  
Grill is right next to the pool for snacks, lunch and social activities, and Caxambas restaurant  
features elegant dining and a world-class bar. 
 
Tarpon Club membership is optional and allows the user to play golf on the very exclusive Fiddler's  
Creek course.  Tee times may be reserved up to three days in advance.  Greens fees are not included.  
This Tarpon Club membership is one of only about 10 that includes golf privileges.  Beach privileges  
with valet parking at the elegant Marco Beach Ocean Resort are also included with the Tarpon Club  
membership.  The resort is located on Collier Boulevard on Marco Island a couple of buildings down  
from the Marriott.  Priority reservation privileges are provided at Sal a Pepe. Members can call  
ahead to reserve beach chairs, umbrellas and towels.  An outdoor grill serves lunch and snacks.

Activities and Attractions

Fiddler's Creek is just 10 minutes from Marco Island and 15 minutes from downtown Naples.  There is  
an outlet mall about one mile north of the property.  Excellent walking and biking on the property  
(4 bicycles are included with the rental).  Outstanding golf courses on the property and nearby.   
Activities and outings available through the Club and Spa (spinning classes, water aerobics,  
organized trips).  Tennis groups organized through the club and spa for singles, doubles, mixed  
doubles.  Jet-ski excursions, parasailing, sailboat rentals through the Marco Beach Ocean Resort or  
from other vendors on Marco Island beach.

Vacation Rental Rates

January - March  $5000 per month 
April - December $4500 per month 
 
Club and Spa privileges are an additional $500 transfer fee.  Tarpon club privileges available for  
an extra $750 transfer fee. Security deposit required; cleaning fee; Florida state and county  
taxes.  Utilities and pool cleaning service are included at no additional charge.  High speed  
internet access is also included at no additional charge. 
 
Please note that weekly rentals are not offered.  THE MINUMUM RENTAL PERIOD IS ONE MONTH.
