all within steps to the beach.
Ground Floor: Garage, outside shower, large screened porch with
access to yard and pool.
First Floor: This beautiful new home is an easy walk to the beach.
As you enter, the sitting room is on your left and the first floor
bedroom (Q) is on your right as well as the half bath off the
hallway. You can access the front deck from the sitting room and the
bedroom. The living and dining rooms are located in the rear of the
home. The living room has TV with cable, VCR, DVD and a bookshelf
stereo system. The dining room has ample seating. You enter the
large screened porch from the living room, the fully equipped
kitchen can be accessed from the dining room as well as the sitting
room.
Second Floor: The large master suite encompasses the left side of
this level. The master suite (K) has a sitting area, TV, large
private bath with a whirlpool tub and deck access. On the opposite
side of the hallway there is a bedroom (D) with TV, a full bath and
deck access, the larger bedroom has (2Q) TV and a full bath. The
laundry facilities are located on this level. Non-Smoking.

All summer, early and late summer, and holiday rentals are a 7 night
minimum. There is a 3-4 night minimum in all other seasons.
