 Cancellation Policy:
90 days or more prior to check in date, all deposit monies, less 15% cancellation fee, shall be returned. Tenant notification of less than 90 days prior to check-in date - refunds based on the ability to recover the deposit through a re-rental, less 15% cancellation fee.

This building is PET FRIENDLY!  One SMALL non-shedding dog is permitted, with a $200.00 per week pet fee in addition to the rent.  Email with information about your dog for consideration.
