Vacation Rental Description

Private secluded Villa facing the Bay in view of Everglades National 
Park.  In lush tropical hammock and quiet residential area.  
Fishing, 
boating, kayaking.  Free dockage in protected marina for boats to 
26'. Rental boats available. Fully-equipt kitchen, washer/dryer, 
linens. King and Queen beds. TV, Cable, VCR. Near 24 excellent 
restaurants, shopping, attractions, historical sites.  Day trip to 
Key West.  Beautiful sunsets, with an excellent chance of seeing the 
elusive "Green Flash".

Vacation Rental Amenities

Wading beach. Free Marina with night lights, power and water. 
Fishing 
Jetty (kids love it!). Tropical landscaping and canopy. Secluded. 
Residential.  Sunset and Everglades National Park views. On the bay 
not on a canal. Free admission with your rental to Islamorada 
Village 
Park with large beach, Olympic Swimming Pool, Tennis. Near shopping, 
stores, attractions. Remodeled with glass block shower and Florida 
room A/c/heat, washer/dryer, dishwasher, full kitchen, micro, 
blender, TV, VCR, King-sized bed plus Jennifer Queen sleeper sofa in 
separate sleeping area. Responsible pets allowed.  You have to look 
for our bold octopus that will steal bait off the dock or out of an 
unwatched live shrimp bag. We also have osprey that sing regularly, 
egrets and pelicans that gather to see what you caught that they can 
share, and periodically we have manatees that cruise along our 
shore.   

Activities and Attractions

Fishing: Backcountry for Bonefish, Tarpon, and Permit. Get the grand 
slam. Also snook, redfish, trout.  Full accesss to the Everglades 
and 
Gulf fishing for Grouper and Cobia.  Offshore: for Dolphin, 
sailfish, 
Wahoo, Kings and the reef for yellowtail. Boating: Bay and offshore 
cruising, Famous Sandbar for relaxing and meeting new people, 
historial sites by boat. Kayaking, Swimming. Diving: Pennecamp State 
Park with beautiful reef diving, Hens and Chickens (another well-
known diving spot), Cheeca Rocks.   Attractions: Theater of the Sea, 
Lignumviete National Botanical Site, Indian Key Historical Island, 
Pennecamp Park, Woody's Strip Joint, Historical Monument to 1935 
Hurricane that ended the only overseas railroad. Shopping: Treasure 
Village, Rain Barrel Shops, Worldwide Sportsman, wonderful tropical 
clothing stores, and local artisans. We have all this information in 
the Villa.

Vacation Rental Rates

2008,$1195 per week for four, $795 in the fall. Plus $100 
damage/clean up 
fee, 
refundable on departure. Plus local and state tax of 11.5%.
