Vacation Rental Description

Enjoy your vacation in this charming beach cottage that is only one 
block from the beach, between Flagler and Third Aves. You can walk  
or bike to many restaurants, bars, gift and clothing shops, drug  
stores, food stores, mini golf, etc. There is a nice park with  
tennis courts, a playground and basketball courts only two blocks  
away.  
 
Our home is bright and cheerful with a large eat in kitchen with new  
appliances,  perfect for cooking or enjoying the variety of local  
take out food. The master bedroom has a beautiful four poster queen  
size bed. The second bedrm has a set of twin beds(they can be pushed  
together to make a king size bed). Our home also has a garage and a  
fenced in yard with patio. 
 
Our cottage is equipped with everything you would need for a  
relaxing vacation. Bring your laptop and you can work from the beach  
or just stay in touch with friends/family using our high speed  
internet service- it has an awesome connection! 
 
Please ask about our neighboring cottage two doors away that can 
accomodate your friends or family for group vacations. 
 
Our beach cottage is a wonderful alternative to the hustle and bustle 
of Orlando. You can enjoy five days of beach time with two day trips 
to theme parks, so that you can "vacation" on your vacation!!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Cable modem for high speed internet, phone, air conditioning, digital 
cable, tv, dvd, stereo, cd player, full kitchen with microwave,  
linens provided, washer, dryer, gas grill, outdoor shower, beach  
cruiser bicycles, beach chairs and towels for use during your stay. 

Activities and Attractions

Hiking (two state parks nearby), biking, golf (great courses), world 
class fishing, tennis, basketball, shuffleoard (there is a 
shuffleboard park on Flagler Ave!), surfing, swimming, snorkeling, 
boating, windsurfing, jet skiing, lots of great restaurants, shopping 
on Flagler Ave and Canal st, mini golf, and Orlando just one hour  
away!! There is a casino bus which provides transportation to a  
casino cruise (twice a week) that leaves from New Smyrna.

Vacation Rental Rates

Jan, Feb, March.... monthly only $1900/mo 
April, June, July, August....$650/week, $1900/mo 
May, Sept-Dec... $550/week or $1600/month 
Rates may vary during holiday and special event weeks. Discount  
applied to 6 month rentals. 
All rentals subject to 12.5% tax, $90 cleaning fee and $300  
refundable security deposit.
