decorated and equipped with all your needs. From the living room you have a
600 sq ft Patio were you can enjoy eating, relaxing and the beautiful view of
Tampa Bay. If you want to do some sunbathing or just relax we have a huge
deck with hot tub, fire pit, grill. The deck has also been used for Weddings,
Wedding rehearal dinners and family gatherings.

Small Pets are $5.00 per Day with a $ 150.00 deposit
Full Rental Fee Due 2-3 Weeks prior to stay.
$ 500.00 Refundable Security Deposit, due at time of booking
and refunded after cleaning.
Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency
and the amount is specifically agreed to in advance with the owner.
