Vacation Rental Description
This carefully restored home is 1 block to the beach, a few blocks south of Historic Flager Avenue
and a short walk to resturants and shops.
Palm Cottage is a true Old Florida Beach house with heart of pine floors, tounge and groove walls,
beadboard ceilings, truly unique. The master bedroom or Captain's Quarters, is decorated with a
touch of old world yet relaxed for the beach. The fun Key West bedroom is bright and lively. Our
Surf Shack bedroom has a tin ceiling and a PS2. Flat screen tvs (in all bedrooms as well as
livingroom), full cable, DVD, Wi-Fi internet and surround sound stereo in the livingroom.
Our state of the art kitchen with new stainless appliances, HE washer and dryer, fully stocked with
all you need for your stay. Screened back porch located off the kitchen, large fully fenced back
yard with a fire pit, picnic table and enclosed shower.
Fine linens and top end furniture round out your vacation experiance! This is not your typical
rental, Palm Cottage is our second home and is lovingly cared for! Spend your vacation here and you
will come back again!
Weekly rental for 6, there is a new sofa bed in the den to sleep 2 more but additional charge will
apply.

Vacation Rental Amenities
Our house is stocked with everything you need for a wonderful vacation, just pack your swimsuit,
shorts and flip flops.
In the storage shed we even have a new stainless gas grill for cookouts. Also a beach umbrella,
cooler, 2 surfboards, 2 skim boards for your use and chairs just waiting to be taken to the beach.
We have buckets and shovels for the little ones and a new high chair for the babies. Our new
arrival is a beautiful Pawley's Island hammock in the back yard for more relaxing.
Activities and Attractions
Bike week, Race week, bicycling, fishing, beach, surfing, relaxing, Cape Canaveral, Disney and
Orlando Attractions, canoeing, boat tours and dinner cruises, you can do it all from here! Walk to
shops, restaurants, stroll down Flagler Avenue for ice cream or coffee. Relax and enjoy New Smyrna
Beach like a local!
13 miles of white sand in New Smyrna Beach, consistently voted one of the "Best Beaches". New Smyrna
Beach lays claim to the best Florida offers--excellent backwater and offshore fishing, golf,
historical sites, cultural events and eclectic shopping and dining experiences along historical
Flagler Avenue and Canal Street.
Just south of New Smyrna lies the Canaveral National Seashore, which offers excellent swimming, bird
watching, hiking and more. Anglers at nearby Mosquito Lagoon have set international records with
giant redfish catches. Deep-sea charters leave New Smyrna Beach daily.

$500 refundable reservation/damage deposit.
$130 cleaning fee and 12.5% tax.
Check-in after 3:00 pm, Check-out by 10:00 am
No smoking or pets. No unaccompanied minors.
