a new queen size bed, dresser and 2 nightstands, TV, with full views 
of the intercoastal. 

The 2nd bedroom is newly furnished with a queen size bed, dresser 
and 
2 nightstands. The dinning room table comfortably seats 6. 

The unit also has a washer and dryer and a fully equiped eat-in 
kitchen. The living room has a TV and DVD. 

Covered parking space is also included. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Gated community with 24 hour guard. 2 swimming pools, marina with 
dock space available. 

Beach is approx. 2 miles away. 

15 minutes to Palm Beach International Airport. 

5 minutes to waterfront restaurants and to Downtown at the Gardens. 

Several golf courses are close by. 

Close to Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens, Tequesta, Stuart, Singer 
Island, Boca and Palm Beach. 

Activities and Attractions

Convenient shopping is available at the Gardens Mall which is 
approx. 
2 miles away.  Golfing, boating, jet skiing is all close by.  

Vacation Rental Rates

Rental rate from May 08 through August 08 is $2,700 per month.
Phone and cable TV is included. Securtiy deposit, 
$100 HOA application fee, $150 cleaning fee,. No pets and no smokers 
please. Minimum stay is 4 months.  All prospective tenants must be 
approved by the condo association.
