Additional Fees 
• Reservation fee: $25 
• Advance Rental fee: $200 (Security deposit, refunded after  
checkout inspection) 
• 30 day cancellation notice with $100 fee (prime time), $50  
(Fall & Winter) 
• Florida sales tax: 9% (6% State Sales Tax + 3% County Bed Tax) 
• Cleaning fee: $70  
 
Renters must be 25 years or older 
Maximum of 6 people
