1) $1500 - $2,300 for a 2 or 3 day weekend up to 18 people. $3,000 -
$4,800 for 3 or 4 day long holiday weekends (Christmas, New Year's
President's week).

2) Shared seasonal, call for details.

3) summer: $2200 per week, $1,500 per weekend, or $3,400 for 3 weeks
