Vacation Rental Description

This Sea Side Condominium is a wonderful unit for your stay on  
Hilton Head Island. The unit contains all you need during your stay,  
while allowing you to be located in the best area on the island. It  
is an ideal unit for a small family with young children or a couple  
vacationing on their own. You are just a short distance from the  
beach. Our unit is the closest to the beach of the beach view units.  
Enjoy one of the two pools on the grounds after coming off the  
beach. After the beach, enjoy the amenities that the Forest Beach  
area has to offer.  Comeback to enjoys the view outside and INSIDE.   
We have two murals painted by renowned island artist Travis  
Stephenson for you to enjoy (see pictures below)

Phone, Air Conditioning, Cable TV, DVD/VCR, AM/FM CD Player, Full

provided.  Additional TV in Bedroom. Linens provided. Pool (shared),

Washers and Dryers are conveniently located on each floor of the  
complex.

Winter Weekly Rates: $400-525*/week. (*$525 for Holiday Weeks) 
Spring Rates (thru 5/28/7) $450-$550*/week. (*Heritage/Easter Rate) 
Summer Rates: $725/week (includes 10% hospitality tax and exit  
cleaning fee) 
Fall Rates: $450-$525/week.

SPECIAL:  All taxes and cleaning fees will be covered by owner for  
reservations placed by April 30.
