Water Front with Boat Slip in Fenwick Island

A charming home in a waterfront community with plenty of room to
stretch out. The home has 2 bathrooms, and 4 bed rooms. The
master sits at the front of the home, it has a queen bed with it's
own bathroom, the middle two rooms are set up as adjoining rooms, 1
room has a queen bed, and the other room has 2 sets of bunk beds
and the 4th room has a king size bed, and it sits at the rear, or
canal end of the home. All rooms, except the bunk bed room have
ceiling fans and of course there is central air-conditioning
throughout, except in the Florida room. There is an air conditioner
in the Florida room, but due to the number of windows, and the amount
of sun it recieves, the room can only be cooled at night by the wall
mounted A/C unit.
There are 6 televisions, all of the bedrooms and the living room and
Florida room have tv's, so on that occasional rainy day, everyone can
find something to watch, also the Florida room cabinets are filled with
board games. The kitchen has a breakfest island and all the amenities
of home, including dishwasher, microwave, and garbage disposal. There's
even a crock pot for the cook that wants to spend the day on the beach
and have dinner ready for your family when you arrive home. There is a
formal dining room, laundry room, and for people that like fresh air,
a Florida room, that has a seperate unit A/C if wanted.
There is a rear deck that overlooks the canal, and a screened in
back porch that is equipped with a gas barbecue that is connected to
the main supply of propane, you'll never have to wonder if you have
enough fuel to cook your dinner. It is also outfitted with a table
and chairs that can be used to enjoy that meal outside. There is also
a large steamer pot so you can cook the crabs you caught that day in
the bay and have a crab feast, and when finished eating, the room can
hosed down for easy clean up, we have even installed flourcesent
lighting, so as not to attract bugs.

Ocean City's night life and the Delaware and Maryland beaches are
2.9 miles away, it is actually a five minute ride to the beach,
depending on traffic.
It is perfect for someone who owns a boat and trailer. A boat owner
can use one of several ramps in the community to launch his boat,
then tie the boat up to the bulkhead when you are not out fishing or
crabbing. There's off street parking with room to park your boat
trailer and 3 cars in the driveway.
Within 1 minute from the house is a varitiey of restaurants from
Seafood to Mexician to Chinese to Cheesesteaks. There are convience
stores to super markets, package goods and pharmacies.
The kitchen is stocked with most of your start up meal preperation
needs, and the bathrooms have your basic toiletries and first aid
items right at hand.

This location offers unlimited activities from Rehoboth Beach
outlet shopping to all thats available in Maryland's largest beach
resort. Located within the community is a swimming pool and play
ground.
Just 30 minutes from the wild ponies of Assateague. Once you
arrive, you will find in the house an assortment of brochures for
local attractions and menus for some of the local eateries. All this
fun is just minutes away!

We can supply the bed linens and towels for a $65.00 Dollar rental
and laundry fee. You can also supply you own linens and towels, or we
can provide you with several sources for you to rent your linens and
towels locally. The required linens and 1 king, 2 queens and 2 sets
of bunk beds.


Check in time is 4:00 PM and check out time is Noon. If you are
interested in a weekend rental, the full week prior and the week
after the weekeng you want must be open on the rental calender.

Weekends are usually available from after Labor Day to the 31st of
May. Weekends in June are sometimes available, usually only on short
notice, as we try to keep the home availble for weekly rentals.

legal guardian.
