para-sailing on the beach, over 20 golf courses within a short  
driving distance. Busch Gardens in nearby Tampa and Disney World in  
Orlando which is about 90 minutes away. Tampa International Airport  
is about a 45 minute drive. 
There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance.
