Our fully equipped gourmet kitchen  features high end appliances and granite counters. We try to think of everything to make your vacation more enjoyable, that's why we also provide spices, salt and pepper, sugar, and other small items so that you can feel at home in the kitchen without having to spend your money stocking it with cooking basics first!  We provide quality cooking utensils, fresh spices, filtered water,and sharp knives for those who like to cook in a gourmet kitchen.

cool evenings. View the lights of San Diego over beautiful Mission Bay. Watch the
fireworks at Sea World every night during the summer and on weekends

Want to boogie board or picnic at the beach?  No problem, we provide beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, umbrellas, ice chests, and more so that you won't have to rent or buy items once you get to the house. You can even avoid traffic and parking problems by riding the bikes or just walk across the street to the beach at the bay.

Large groups or family reunion?   We can accommodate up to 10 people when combined with cottage in rear.

POLICIES

No pets, no smoking inside house. Saturday to Saturday in the Peak Summer season  and 3 day minimum the rest of the year. Rates reflect a 3% discount for cash, check, or money order. MasterCard, Visa, and Discover accepted.

DEPOSITS

A deposit of $500 is required to secure selected dates.   10.5% Transient Occupancy Tax is required by the City of San Diego for rentals of less than one month. Rentals run weekly in the summer from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out at 10 am (we are flexible about these times when we are able)  Credit card required for Security Deposit.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

All deposits are refunded if we receive notification of your cancellation at least 45 days prior to your arrival date, less a $100 handling fee and credit card processing fees, if applicable. If notice is received less than 45 days prior to your arrival date, a refund will be made only if the unit is re-rented.  We do our best to re-rent in the event of a cancellation, we do not want to keep your money if you are not staying with us.   Non-payment or Insufficient Funds are regarded as cancellations. Refunds will be based on the percent of your reserved stay that is re-rented. If we are unable to rent your week, we will try to accommodate you with a week at another time.
