Bedrooms, 2 King Beds and 1 Queen, 2 Bathrooms and an exquisite,  
truly gourmet kitchen. Need to stay in touch with work or family?   
We provide high speed internet access for your notebook/laptop. 
 
All new state-of-the-art KitchenAid appliances - there's even a  
microwave that automatically senses when your popcorn is done! We  
provide spices, salt and pepper, sugar, and other small items so  
that you can feel at home in the kitchen without having to spend a  
fortune stocking it first!  The marble fireplace features a  
realistic gas log for the perfect ambiance on those cool evenings. 
 
View the lights of San Diego over beautiful Mission Bay. Watch the  
fireworks at Sea World (every night during the summer and on  
weekends the rest of the year) from the beautiful slate deck on the  
front of the house. Custom marble bathroom with unique Nautilus  
mosaic on the shower wall - boutique soap and lotion provided.  
 
Large groups or family reunion? No problem, we can accommodate up to  
10 people when combined with cottage in rear.  
 
Centrally located and close to everything: 10 minutes from the  
airport, 1 minute to Sea World (you can even ride your bike - which  
we provide for your convenience!), 15 minutes to the San Diego Zoo,  
downtown, San Diego Convention Center, Qualcomm Stadium and world  
class shopping.

POLICIES 
 
No pets, no smoking inside house. Saturdays to Saturdays in the  
summer and 3 day minimum in the winter. Rates reflect a 3% discount  
for cash, check, or money order. MasterCard, Visa, and Discover  
accepted.  
 
DEPOSITS 
 
A deposit of $500 is required to secure selected dates. 50% of  
rental is due 60 days prior to arrival and full payment is due 60  
days prior to arrival. A 10.5% Transient Occupancy Tax is required  
by the City of San Diego for rentals of less than one month. Rentals  
run weekly in the summer from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in is at 3  
pm and check-out at 10 am. Credit card required for Security Deposit. 
 
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS 
 
All deposits are refunded if we receive notification of your 
cancellation at least 60 days prior to your arrival date, less a $100 
handling fee and credit card processing fees, if applicable. If notice 
is received less than 60 days prior to your arrival date, a refund 
will be made only if the unit is re-rented. Non-payment or 
Insufficient Funds are regarded as cancellations.  Refunds will be 
based on the percent of your reserved stay that is re-rented.
