Vacation Rental Description

We are in Hawaii Kai just minutes from Koko Marina and Hanauma Bay.   
We are about 20 to 25 minutes from Waikiki and about 30 minutes from  
the airport. The Koko Marina is about a block and ½ away and has an  
8 Plex Movie Theatre with Stadium Seating, Blockbuster Movie Rental,  
Foodland Grocery Store, Starbucks, Subway, 24 Hour Fitness and a  
number of other restaurants and shops.  Costco, Safeway, Longs and  
Ross are about a mile down the road but still very close. 
 
We are across the street from the ocean.  You can walk down the  
access paths between the houses to the water.  It is shallow and  
warm water with a great surfing spot about 300 yards just beyond the  
reef. We have beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers to  
help make the perfect day at the beach or park.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The house has 2 living rooms, one downstairs with a queen bed and  
one upstairs with a hide-a-bed.  The master bedroom upstairs has a  
king bed and a large separate dressing area and bathroom.  One  
bedroom downstairs has 2 queen beds, another has one queen bed and  
another has twin bunk beds. There is one more bedroom with 2 twin  
beds. We also have a crib and a queen  
inflatable mattress. We have window air conditioners in the bedrooms  
and one in the upstairs living room. 
 
The swimming pool is heated by solar panels and is beautiful.  Half  
the pool is quite shallow so it is the perfect pool for small  
children.  The adults and kids love playing on the air mattresses  
and inner tubes. The pool is fenced and attached to the house for  
your private use. 
 
We have 4 televisions and several VCR’s plus a DVD player.  There  
are games for the whole family, cribbage, dominos, Pictionary,  
Trivial Pursuit, and others.  I have some dolls, and such for our  
smaller guests and a big front yard for rolling in the grass.

Activities and Attractions

We are only minutes by car to some of the best beaching in the  
world.  In the winter you can watch for whales and all year you are  
sure to see beautiful sea turtles less than 5 minutes away at Sandy  
Beach.  Bellows Beach and Waimanalo State Beach Park are 15 minutes  
away and you'll be thrilled you chose one of those parks to spend  
the day with the family.  Our area is great for all outdoor  
activities including: Hiking, Biking, Golf, Tennis, Basketball,  
Fitness Center, Gym, Fishing, Horseback Riding, Shopping,  
Restaurants, Cinemas, Sightseeing, Swimming, Snorkeling/Diving,  
Boating, Sailing, Waterskiing, Surfing, Windsurfing, Parasailing,  
Jet Skiing

Vacation Rental Rates

Rental Policies 
The rate for our house is $500 to $650 a night with a 7 night  
minimum. Tax is INCLUDED in the rate and there is a one time  
cleaning fee of $400. If you want more cleaning services they are  
available, please inquire. We will need a $1000 deposit to reserve  
the house, a personal check is okay.  The rental amount is due upon  
arrival and the deposit will be refunded after you depart less any  
damage or agreed upon charges. We do not take credit cards.
