5BR/3BA beach house located in the very desireable Morgantown beach
community. Sunshine is a professionally decorated 2 year old beach
house that comes equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel
appliances, high speed internet access, 6TV's, CD player, and a
barbeque gass grill. Be prepared to relax and enoy!

My goal is to provide you with the best possible vacation value for
your dollar. Because you contacted me "owner direct", I can
eliminate all "junk" fees normally charged by our property
management firm in Gulf Shores (processing fees, exhorbitant housecleaning fees, commissions,
etc...) I want you to join our list

vacation spot in Gulf Shores.

My rates include everything except Alabama state sales tax, a zero mark-up housecleaning fee, and a
$49 damage waiver deposit which protects you against any mishaps during your stay. I also provide
the option of purchasing travel vacation insurance through my website, relaxonthebeach. The
insurance is sold through AIG Insurance Company, a AAAAA rated firm, and is something I highly
recommend!

Sunshine is located within minutes of two world class golf resorts,
Kiva Dunes, and The Peninsula. Seafood restaurants are abundant, and
the shopping is prolific. Neighborhood ammenities include two
beautifully landscaped swimming pools, one of which is located steps from the back
porch, tennis courts, and of course our world class beach.
