Condo located half a block from the ocean on a little street.  
Covered Parking is provided for 2 cars.  Cute as a button and sleeps 
6.  Master has a queen bed, second bedroom has 2 twin beds.  Living 
room has a queen futon & queen sleeper sofa.  High ceilings, light and airy, lots of 
windows, porch with wicker furniture, end unit, storage area has beach 
chairs.  Walk to the pier, shops, ocean, restaurants, bars, back 
river.  Close to everything.  20 minutes to Historic District and 
River St. Savannah.  visit the sites and galleries, the famous 
squares, great restaurants, shops.  Owner is a licensed realtor in 
Georgia

Vacation Rental Rates

$185 per night with 4 night min. 13% tax, and 85 for the maid.  $225 
refundable deposit.  1000 per week in season (March 15 - Oct 1)
13% TAX on all daily and weekly rentals, no tax on monthly rentals
750 per week off season with $225 refundable deposit Rate increases 
to 1000 a week for hi season in 2008.
1400 per month off season with $225 refundable deposit
Winter rates (October-March 15)
135 per night with 2 night min. and 85 for the maid - 225 refundable 
deposit - 
Must pay in advance to hold reservation.  Refunds if 30 days or 
more before arrival with $50 admin fee.  Pet fee is $125 - Checks 
only for payment to R. Netherton
