Vacation Rental Description

additional bunk beds) and sofa sleeper.  Fabulous gulf-view balcony 
overlooks small lagoon and pool and provides you with a relaxing view 
of the ocean. Located in the popular Gulf Place Community, a popular 
meeting spot which houses a pharmacy, internet cafe & coffee shoppe, 
restaurants, great shopping, seasonal events in outdoor amphitheater, 
and year-round Artists' Colony. Gulf Place is about five miles west 
of popular Seaside on Scenic Highway 30-A.  Also equipped with 
wireless internet service!  

Vacation Rental Amenities

The famous sandy white beaches of South Walton are located just 
across Scenic Highway 30-A, about 200 yards from the condo with easy 
beach access. 

Gulf Place features 3 swimming pools, 2 whirlpools, croquet, 
shuffleboard courts, 2 hard surface tennis courts, bicycle rentals, 
walking trails. There is an 18-mile bicycle trail running the entire 
distance of Scenic 30-A connecting you with Seaside and other points 
east and west.  Golf, nature trails, state parks, restaurants, 
shopping, antiques, and just 7 miles east of Destin.
