Our newly built villa (in summer of 2005) with brand new furniture
is located in the desirable golfing community of Rotonda West. It
is close to world class fishing, beaches, and shopping. It is within
15 minutes drive of the beachside town of Englewood on the Cape Haze
Peninsular in South West Florida, between Tampa and Naples.
The villa is fully equipped for short or long term stay. The
pool is fully screened and heated. A perfect and inexpensive
family vacation awaits you!!

sports field, a bike path, a picnic pavillion and restroom
facilities.

There are five excellent courses within the immediate vicinity.
