Lakehouse on Lake Francis in Lake Placid

The Newman house is located on the northeast shore of beautiful Lake
Francis. Lake Francis is a clear, freshwater, 539-acre lake great for
swimming, boating, water sports and fishing. Power and sail boats,
jet skis, canoes and kayaks are all welcome on Lake Francis.
It’s a private house with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room, dining
area and kitchen. A screen porch runs the length of the house
lakeside. The living room has 2 sofa sleepers that fold out to queen
beds. Separate area bedrooms, one has a queen  bed the other has a
queen bed. The dining area has a dining table and 4 chairs.
The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker,
toaster, and is completely stocked with glassware, dishes, pots,
pans, and all utensils. Linens, pillows and bath towels are provided.
Color cable TV is included. There is a washer and dryer in the
utility room.( We suggest you bring your own beach towels)
The house is on a double lot and quiet street that dead ends a
quarter mile past the house. The lake is out the screened porch a
short walk on the walkway (50-60) feet to the lake and the dock. The
dock is approx 75 feet long with a bench and boathouse.

Lakehouse is fully furnished. Central A/C and Heat. Screened room
lakeside. Carport. Boat dock, great fishing. Quiet neighborhood on
dead end street great for walks and biking. Stores, shops and
resturants close by.

American Legion, Moose Club and others close by. A couple of minutes
to downtown Lake Placid it is a quaint town of businesses, shops and
resturants many buildings adorn beautiful murals. Sebring is 10
minutes north and Orlando/Disney is 1 hour 15 minutes north.

2012 summer Rates (May 1 through September 30)
Nightly: $150 - Monday through Thursday
Weekends: $350 –Friday and Saturday Nights check in noon Fri check
out 4 PM on Sunday
Weekly: $850 Monday through Sunday check in 3PM, check out 12 noon
4th of July, Memorial and Labor Day Holiday Weekends: $900 (4 days,
3
Nights)
Check in as early as 12 noon Friday, check out as late as 4PM on
Monday.
2012 Mid-Season Rates: (April 1-30 and October 1 through December
30) same as summer and $1,700 monthly)
*$500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve weekly and
weekend rentals
Season: January through April (3 Month Min Requiried)
