Vacation Rental Description

This lovely vacation retreat is nestled in the forest historic 
Summer Home Park, a truly charming community that has some of the 
best beach property on the Russian River. Lounge on its spacious 
decks and patios, complete with hot tub and brick barbecue, or 
stroll down to the private beach for a dip – where you have your own 
private umbrella table and chairs, and your own canoe and dock! 
Summer Home Park Hideaway has two separate, private cabins (you get 
both), each with one bedroom and bathroom.  The larger cottage also 
has a living/dining/kitchen area with fully equipped kitchen.  And 
there's ample parking for you and your guests.

WINTER/SPRING SPECIAL: 3 nights for the price of 2, any day of the 
week, through April!!

Activities and Attractions

Summer Home Park is a residential neighborhood located along the 
Russian River in Forestville.  Founded in 1908, it feels like a 
throwback to an earlier, simpler time, when summers were lazy and 
lasted forever. Uniquely on this stretch of river, it offers all 
kinds of summer activities.  Although the homes are privately owned, 
the owners belong to a neighborhood association that runs a lodge, 
outdoor theater, and maintains the private community beach.  The 
Lodge serves food and drinks, and offers games, a pool table, and 
outdoor seating overlooking the beautiful river. There's also an 
outdoor movie theater and summer barbeques with local entertainment 
at the recreation center. This is an ideal place to turn the kids 
loose.

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer season (May-Sept):

$195/night, $1150/week
one week minimum

Low season (Oct-Apr):

$170/night, $950/week
2 night minimum, 3 night minimum on holiday weekends

Holidays 10% additional

Rates do not include 11% Sonoma County Hotel tax, cleaning fees, or 
refundable security deposits/pet deposits
