* $500 Security Deposit required. Deposits are not part of the
rent and will be refunded in full within 2 weeks of departure
provided there is no damage to the unit.
* Rent due 14 days prior to arrival.
* Cancellations: Deposits will not be returned unless the unit is
rerented for the same rental payment and time period reserved.
Cancellations or early departures for any reason (including
weather) do not warrant any refund or deposit.
HURRICANE POLICY: No refunds will be given unless the
national Weather Service advises that we are in a Tropcal
Storm/Hurricane WARNING area. In the event that such an
advisory is issued, any unused portion of the rent will be
refunded.

* You must be 25 or older to make a reservation.
* To avoid an extra cleaning charge, you must wash dirty
dishes, remove all trash and leave the property in a neat
condition
* Telephones do not have a long distance carrier. All long
distance charges must be charged to credit calling cards,
collect, or third party.
A three-or four-night minimum stay is required. Longer stays may be
required during
holiday periods or peak seasons. Many Gulf-front properties and houses
rent only weekly
during spring break and summer; for shorter stays, please contact the
