Spacious 5 BR home in the heart of the Laurel Highlands overlooking
the North facing slopes of 7 Springs Resort. Less than 2 miles drive to the slopes. Property borders on 7
Springs and Roaring Run State forest. Fifth room in the house has pleny of room and many activies/video games to entertain the younger ones for some quality down time for the adults. Fully updated 20 yr old house
with hiking out the front, back and side doors. Televisions in 3 of the 5 Bedrooms. Fishing in lakes,
streams and ponds less then 5 miles away. Daycare and a full
variety of family activities available at 7 Springs.
4 BR's with Queens/Down comforters
1 BR(kids play room) with 4 singles and TV, VCR/DVD and many games

Family reunion getaway

This place was far more than we were anticipating. The outside was average...but the inside was fabulous! It was VERY clean and well maintained. Several times we commented about how high quality everything in the place was. It was an awesome place to have our immediate family reunion. We had two small children with us and they loved it as well. Everyone had their own private space. We appreciated having a nice firepit for the evening as well.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway

This house was great. Very clean. Beds were comfortable, sheets clean and soft. Unusual for a rental! The kitchen fully supplied with dishes and nice pots and pans. It was a fun, clean, nice house.

There was a lot of snow, and it kept coming. The owner was great, very nice guy. He went out of his way to make sure we were shoveled out, could get our cars in and out. He even helped jump one of our cars when the battery was dead. He went way above what was necessary.

We would rent the house again in a heart beat.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway
