Our beautiful home is situated on the banks of the River Braden in
the peaceful residential district, Braden River Lakes. The private
34' heated swimming pool and spacious outdoor area look out
over stunning river views; pool furniture provided.

This air conditioned property is fully furnished end equipped with
all of the comforts one would expect from an executive home. Both
master bedroom and main living area have cable television and dvd
facilities, with additional video and hi-fi system in the living
area. Washer and dryer, telephone, fridge/freezer-with ice maker,
dishwasher, oven with hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker plus
extensive cookware and utensils, plus linens and bath/beach towels
also provided. Pool furniture includes table & chairs plus
sun-loungers for your convenience.

Anna Maria Island & Longboat key beaches are situated 10-15 minutes
drive from our home.
Endless shopping opportunities await you: Prime outlets malls such
as Ellenton Mall just 10 minutes north or try De Soto Mall at
Bradenton, or St Armands circle both approximately 20 minutes south.
Endless day trips await you close by: such as mote aquariums's boat
trip to see manatees & dolphins. Myakka park for alligator siting:
or perhaps a more relaxing trip to the theatre, or perhaps a round
of golf. There are also various restaurants, parks, marinas to chose
from and more!
For the theme park fan Busch Gardens is also under 1 hour away
whilst Disney and Sea world are approximately 1 1/2 hours away.

addition to solar heat  **Please specify when making your reservation whether additional 'top-up' heat is required - there may be a charge for this & conditions will apply**
4% surcharge for credit card bookings (via paypal).
Sorry - No pets and NO SMOKING.
We may only accept 14 night minimum bookings over Christmas/New Year
due to cleaning service restraints.
When enquiring please state your location for time differences.
i.e. USA (mid, east, west). GB. Europe etc. We don't want to ring
you at 4am!!

A non returnable deposit of 25% of the agreed rental charge is payable at time of reservation with full & final payment becoming due at least 8 weeks prior to occupation.
