Luxury beachfront home with beachside hot tub in Whidbey Island

This beautiful no-bank beachfront home has just been added to the Whidbey Island vacation rentals
for the summer of 2008. If you are truly looking to stay in one of the finest beachfront homes
offered on Whidbey Island, Sea Breeze on Admiralty Bay is the place for you. Once you have rented
our home we are sure this will be the home you come back to every year.
With floor to ceiling windows across most of the main living area you will be able to take in the
spectacular views of Admiralty Bay & the Olympic Mountains while cooking, dining or relaxing by the
fire. The living area opens up to an expansive deck. Just outside the door is the hot tub and a
beachside firepit.
One lucky couple will get to enjoy the luxurious master suite with it's king size bed, propane
fireplace, flat screen tv, full bathroom, extra large windows to take in the view of Admiralty Bay
from your bed and doors that open up to the deck and hot tub.
Also on the main floor is a 2nd bedroom with a king bed and a 3rd bedroom with a queen size bed.
These guests will share a full size bathroom just outside their door.
Upstairs you will find a second suite with 2 beds - king size and full size - and a full bathroom.
Just outside the suite is a desk for those requiring some work away from the office. High Speed
internet access is provided as well.
As a bonus sleeping space for the kids, you will find 2 twin beds in the loft area.

A large deck with furniture and bbq grill to enjoy outdoor dining with spectacular views of
Admiralty Bay, cruise ships passing by, the Olympic Mountains and unbeatable sunsets.
Very well equipped kitchen - lots of pots & pans, serving dishes, cooking utensils, basic spices &
cooking supplies, blender, coffee maker, toaster, etc.

Seabreeze on Admiralty Bay is located just 2 miles south of the Keystone ferry terminal. This is a
fantastic location to explore all of Whidbey Isladnd's treasures on the north & central parts of the
island.
We recommend you take at least a day trip over to Port Townsend and perhaps even an overnight trip
to explore more of the Olympic Peninsula. You can walk on the ferry which is just 2 miles away and
then walk in to Port Townsend.
Some local attractions are:
Fort Casey - 2.5 miles
Coupeville - 5 miles
Deception Pass - 16 miles
This is a great area for cycling and you have a spacious garage to store your bicycles.
If you have a kayak bring it along and you can take it out right in the front yard!!!

$540 per night; $3200 per week

Summer & Holiday Rates - June 15 - September 21
$3500 per week - Friday to Friday

Rates are based on up to 8 guests; Maximum Occupancy is 8 guests
3 night minimum stay in the winter; 4-7 Minimum Night Stay in the summer season

Stays less than 30 days are subject to WA state & Island county sales & lodging tax (10.7%)
