Long's Landing is in Captain's View...Tybee's real neighborhood!
You'll love being away from the crowds but with easy access to the
beachwalk only about 350 feet away! Your vacation home is three
stories with porches and decks galore! There is an ocean view from
the top deck, accessed by steps from another gorgeous deck.:)
You'll find TWO king bedrooms (one is the master with its own bath
suite with jet tub as well as deck access from this bedroom), one
bedroom with twin beds, and a downstairs suite
with a trundle, fridge and handy bath! A queen sleeper in the living
room completes the package offering sleeping for up to 10! If you
like, you may bring sleeping bags and sleep up to 12, perhaps a
couple of children can enjoy island dreaming in the computer room!
Yes..there is a computer
desk and high speed internet ready and waiting for you! Also, four
televisions with VCRs will help keep everyone entertained! :)
We'll send you a guest packet with area info in the mail before you
come, and a welcome letter from your hosts Judy and Lou Long! We'll
give you directions to your door and how to let yourself in; no
waiting on anyone or rushing to get to an office by 5PM. AND..if you
can't come we'll send you in writing a guarantee that your deposit
can be rolled over to a future available stay! That's rare; and
you'll often see websites here that indicate no refund of unused
nights for a hurricane evacuation! We will!:)
Don't be among those who can't get any answer if you have a repair
emergency. We have a wonderful Tybee gentleman who's phone number
will be in your welcome letter to assist you! :) We want your Tybee
Time to be as carefree and enjoyable as possible. Hospitality is our
goal, and we want you to enjoy Long's Landing as much as our 13
grandchildren do on occasion.:) We hope you'll come back often!

towels! "Starter" at least soap and paper products provided! Phone

Lighthouses, forts, beach, nature walks, birdwatching, shipwatching,
kyacking, shopping, a variety of restaurants, world famous River
Street in Savannah, the nation's largest historic district in
Savannah, bike rentals available on Tybee, ghost tours, fishing
(surf, pier and deep sea)!

3/15-9/30....$1900/wk, $290 night.
Weeks in June and July please!! (Sunday to Sunday.)Otherwise, 3 night minimum.
10/1-3/14....$1400/wk, $220 night.
Weeks are Sunday to Sunday in season. Variance may be possible off
season.  3 night Labor Day weekend $325 per night plus fees.
Season rates apply to all off season holiday periods.One time exit
cleaning and laundry fee of $175 added to all stays. $150 charge for
visiting pets as well due to extra cleaning to address possible
allergies of future guests. 13% state and local taxes to be added to rate, NOT to cleaning fee.
