immediately beckon you to the sand and surf. So, wiggle your

and swim in our heated pool, soak in our hot tub, or lounge on our
large pool deck. Also, you and your family's enjoyment, the area
offers plenty of restaurants and complementary activities. Beach

*DEPOSIT:  A $300.00 ($600.00 for monthly rentals) reservation deposit is required  with balance of funds due 45 days (60 days monthly rentals) prior to arrival. 

* SECURITY AGREEMENT:  The Accidental Rental Damage Insurance Plan covers you for accidental damages up to $1,500.00. Once purchased, the cost for this plan is non-refundable.

*CANCELLATION POLICY:  The Reservation Deposit will be forfeited if cancellation occurs more than 45 days (more than 60 days for monthly rentals) prior to arrival. No refund of any and all funds received if cancellation occurs less than 45 days (less than 60 days for monthly rentals) prior to arrival. Travel insurance insurance coverage can offer protection against a wide array of unexpected events such as job loss, unpredictable weather, a medical or a family emergency which could necessitate a cancellation on your part.  In the event of a mandatory evacuation order issued in association with a hurricane warning, your rental and travel costs can only be protected through the timely purchase of travel insurance.  Therefore, the purchase of travel insurance is highly recommended.

* Minimum stay is 7 days. Saturday to Saturday During Winter, Spring and Summer Seasons.
