West Shores of Cayuga Lake in Cayuga Lake

This beautiful West shore lake home is the perfect place to spend
your summer vacation. West side
living offers early sunrises and cooler evenings. The house is
located 14mi North of Ithaca (7mi
North of Taughannock Falls State Park). With 3 bedrooms (1 Qn, 1
full, 2 twin and a pull out couch) parties of 8 can all
sleep comfortably. The main living area, upstairs, is level to the
private parking lot and offers a
wraparound deck with water views, grill and picnic table, 2
bedrooms, full bath, fully equipped
kitchen, dining rm and sitting area. The lower living area offers
the 3rd bedroom and half bath
along with a second sitting area and lower level deck.
Dogs are welcome under conditions of up-to-date shots and leashed at all times outside house. Dogs must be registered at time of contract signing - additional dogs not registered will be asked to leave premises.
Due to the nature of the summer residence and association, please
note that we DO NOT allow large
parties (wedding receptions, graduations, reunions, etc). Please

Weekly rentals are from Sun (12pm) - Sun (10am)
Security deposit = 1/2 weekly rate (refundable)
