Vacation Rental Description

Come and visit our wonderful brand new seven bedroom villa in the 
prestigious community of EMERALD ISLE, just minutes from Walt Disney 
World and a host of shops and fine restaurants.  The villa has been 
professionally furnished to a very high standard and has every 
amenity you could require for a perfect holiday.

Our villa boasts a huge 4000 square feet of living accommodation 
comprising on the ground floor, a large family room with a formal 
dining room, a superb kitchen with seperate breakfast area, utility 
room, one QUEEN size bedroom with en-suite bathroom (leading to 
poolside), a children's den (which also provides extra sleeping 
space).

On the first floor there are four master bedrooms (two KINGS and two 
QUEENS) all with their own private bathrooms, together with two 
further bedrooms, one with TWIN BEDS and one with TWO SETS OF 
BUNKBEDS.  These two bedrooms share a jack and jill bathroom.  All of 
our bedrooms have their own TVs with DVD.  The main family room has a 
large screen TV with DVD, the second lounge also has a Sony 
Playstation II with games.  Our private games room has a pool table, 
table football and air hockey.

This villa home has a beautiful 30 foot x 17 foot swimming pool with 
a spa.  Fibre optic lighting and colour wheel has been installed to 
give you your very own underwater lightshow.  For those of you 
wishing to laze around the pool we have created an extended deck area 
with ample poolside furniture and barbecue.  Our pool area is 
regularly maintained to the highest standard.

Emerald Isle has a luxurious CLUBHOUSE with gym, large swimming pool, 
beach volleyball and a children's play area.  Membership is included 
with the rental of the villa.  The villa is fully licensed and 
maintained.  All utiliies and linens are provided for a really 
comfortable stay. We would ask guests to refrain from smoking in the 
villa.  No pets please.
