Historic Highlands, a quiet Pasadena residential neighborhood 2
miles north of downtown Pasadena, this detached 600 square foot
studio/loft has lots of charm and character. The neighborhood is
great for walking with beautiful tree lined streets. The rental
comes complete with exclusive use of outdoor dining area, swimming
pool (unheated), fire volcano, and heated spa.
Pasadena, located 9 miles north of downtown Los Angeles, is a
vibrant city, rich in history and culture, and home to the world
famous New Year�s Day Tournament of Roses. Average year round
temperature is 76 F daytime to 54 F nighttime. You are within 15
minute drive from over 500 restaurants, 1000 retail shops, cultural
attractions, sports and recreation areas, and 30 to 60 minutes from
all the major Los Angeles attractions.

Fireplace, High speed internet, 60 inch big screen TV with
surround sound, Cable TV, DVD, stereo, CD, pool (unheated), heated
spa, outdoor fire ring, kitchen, microwave, toaster oven, coffee
maker, electric skillet, dishes, flatware, and all linens. Pool can
be heated for an extra $150/week.

The Pasadena area contains everything you need for a fun filled,
relaxed vacation. There are 5 major shopping areas in the city:
Old Pasadena, One Colorado, Pasadena Playhouse District, Paseo
Colorado, South Lake Avenue and Antique Store and Galleries
throughout. Museums and cultural activities in the area include The
Huntington Library, Art Collections and Botanical Gardens, Norton
Simon Museum, Descanso Gardens, San Gabriel Mission District, The
Arboretum, Pasadena Museum of History, and The Gamble House. There
are dozens of hiking trails into the San Gabriel mountains within 10
minutes. We are 30 minutes away from downtown Los Angeles, most
major studios, Universal Studios and City Walk, Hollywood Bowl,
Hollywood Walk of Fame, Grauman�s Chinese Theater, Los Angeles Zoo.
We are 45 minutes to 60 minutes away from the ocean, Mount Wilson,
and all other major Los Angeles area attractions.

Weekend rentals (minimum 3 nights)$600. ($200/night)
Weekly rentals $1100/week.
3 week rentals 25% discount off $200/night rate = $3150 total
Monthly rentals 30% discount off $200/night rate = $3400 total
Security/cleaning deposit $250. For stays longer than 14 days or for animals,
security/cleaning deposits may be more.
If you want pool heated, ask for quote.
You must be at least 25 years of age to rent. Sorry, but we do not
host any paties or events.
