Ride bikes on the beach, or on the bicycle trail, which begins just
across N. Forest Beach from the OceanWood complex.

Sept 12 - Oct 31 $ 2800/week or $425/night (minimum 3 nights)
Winter $2300/ week or $4500 per month. Please contact the owner for multiple month discounts.

2010 Weekly Rates

Jan - Mar 20 $2300/week.   Mar 20 - May 21 $2800/wk.  May 22 - Jun 3 $3600/wk.  Jun 5 - Aug 20 $4650.  Aug 21 - Nov 5 $2800.  Nov - Dec $2300/wk.

Sat-Sat wkly rentals. There is an additional 11% accommodations tax. No additional fees apply to this property. Maid and linen service are included. No additional pet fees. Flexible traveler discounts available. Rent within 4 weeks of arrival - 10% discount; within 3 weeks - 20% discount; within 2 weeks of arrival - 30% discount; rent 7 days or less before arrival and receive a 40% discount off published rates.
