vacation rental description
Charming 1901 cottage (sleeping up to 6 persons), located in the
Historic District of Downtown Prescott, including master bedroom
with queen bed, second bedroom with 2 twin beds, two bathrooms (one
in master bedroom with old fashion claw foot tub), kitchen, living room with sleeper sofa, dining room seats 6, and kids play room. Additional cottage located in rear
with one queen bed (sleeping up to 8 persons), one bath and a small
kitchen. One-half mile to the Courthouse Square.
We also have a one bedroom cottage located within walking distance of the square. That has a queen bed and full bath, dining room and a large living room. This cottage sleeps two.

Base Weekend Rate - $179.00/night - 2 people, 2 night minimum
weekends plus non-refundable $75 cleaning fee and tax. Add $49 for 1-2
persons in back cottage plus $50 cleaning fee and tax.
Special weekly rate $756.00 - 2 persons plus $75 cleaning fee and
tax. Add $100 per extra persons 3,4/pet or $50 per person up to 6.
Add $224 for 1-2 persons in back cottage plus $50 cleaning fee and
tax (Subject to Holiday premium.)
Multi-night Discount - 3% per night (3-5 nights, max 15%) off Base
Rate + any extra charges
Extra Persons(age 2 and up)/Pets per night - Add $20 for persons 3-4
or pets, $10 for persons 5-6.
Midweek Discount - Subtract approx 10 %
Holiday/Special Event Premium - Add approx 15 % to stays that include
these Holidays (3-night Minimum may apply)
President's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and 20% for
Christmas-New Years and Frontier Days (July 4th Week)
Winter Discount - Subtract 10 % - January-February (excluding
Holidays)
