Vacation Rental Description

Welcome to my private Whistler home, Villa on Rainbow. It is the  
perfect family get-away or couples retreat (no partier's, please).  
Completely remodelled in 2007, my home is located conveniently in a  
quiet, residential subdivision behind Meadow Park and the Meadow  
Park Sports Centre, next to the Valley X-Country Ski/Bike Trail and just  
a quick 4 minute drive from Whistler Village.  
 
Relax in the six-person hot tub and enjoy the views of  
Whistler/Blackcomb and surrounding mountains. Languish in the sun- 
drenched, entertainment sized living room complete with a built-in  
HDTV and woodburning fireplace, views and vaulted ceilings. Enjoy  
preparing meals in the fully equipped kitchen while friends nestle  
up to the cozy gas burning fireplace in the adjoining family room.   
 
Whether you've enjoyed a fantastic day on the slopes or are  
returning after a bike tour of the valley, you will appreciate  
coming home to the tranquility and comforts of Villa on Rainbow.

and fixtures; family room with, stereo, free internet access, double  
sofabed and gas fireplace. 
 
2nd Floor - new wool carpet throughout; master bedroom with newly  
added ensuite (granite countertop, heated limestone floor, soaker  
tub with Roman faucets and sprayer, two over-sized skylights, seamless  
glass shower enclosure), forested mountain view, custom walk-in  
closet, separate laundry area with washer/dryer; third bedroom with  
mountain views and separate, remodelled, four-piece bathroom. 
 
The home is built on a corner lot and faces south-east.  It receives  
great sun exposure and has excellent views of the surrounding  
mountains from every room.

Activities and Attractions

My home is located in an established,  residential subdivision  
conveniently located behind Meadow Park and the Meadow Park Sports  
Centre.  The Centre is home to a skating rink, Olympic size swimming  
pool, children's wade pool, squash courts, and fully equipped  
fitness centre. The property is separated by a tall grove of ancinet  
cedar trees backing onto Meadow Park with children's water park,  
public tennis courts and picnic area next to the picturesque River  
of Golden Dreams.  A small wooden bridge at the rear of my  property  
accesses the valley trail, a paved, walking/biking trail  that  
circumnavigates the Whistler valley.  From hear you can x-country  
ski in winter or bike/walk in summer to any one of Whistler's  
beautiful parks or pristine lakes. Following is a list of the many

Reservation Deposit: 25% of total; due at time of booking; online

Balance of Payment: Full remainder 45 Days prior to arrival  
  
Damage Deposit: None 
   
Less than 45 days prior to arrival: Full payment at time of booking  
 
Minimum Stay: 4 nights; sometimes negotiable; check for  
availability. 
  
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information: 45 and 5 days prior  
to arrival;later for last minute reservations. 
  
Check-In Time(PST):  4:00 p.m.   
 
Check-Out Time(PST):  10:00 a.m.   
 
Cancellation: Deposit payments are non-refundable. I will refund  
your money if I can replace your booking; refunds are at the re- 
booked rate a based on the number of nights re-booked; all  
cancellation refunds are subject to a 4% cancellation fee.  
 
Smoking:  Absolutely no smoking 
    
Pets:  Not Allowed 
 
Minimum Age Requirement: Must be 30 years or older 
    
Housekeeping: Complimentary prior to arrival; after departure  
 
Maintenance Emergencies:  24 hour  Complete Emergency, in-house  
service. 
 
Terms of Eviction: By 24 hour Security Company; Will be evicted for  
excessive noise and property damage. 
 
Courtesy Hold Reservations: Not Accepted

Delayed Arrivals: No refunds. I am not responsible for circumstances  
which result in delayed arrivals.  
 
Maximum Sleeping Capacity: 8 people overnight  
   
Long Term Stays: N/A    
 
Late Reservation Payments: You will be notified via if your balance  
owing is late and your reservation will be cancelled within 48 hours  
if your payment is not forthcoming.   
  
Property Damage: Guests will pay for all damage incurred while  
staying in the property, even if the offender is being hosted by the  
guest.   
  
Liability: I am excluded from liabilityfor personal bodily injury in  
my home, while in transit to, or while in resort property.  
   
Reservation Changes: If availability permist and in concordance with  
my cancellation policy; you may lenthen your reservation if  
availability permits. If you want to shorten your reservation,  
please note that your deposit calculated on the original amount is  
non-refundable. If you have already paid the balance, then your  
balance is similarly non-refundable. If you have not paid your  
balance, then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened stay.
