room... bedroom has a queen. The open kitchen has granite
countertops, tile floor and sleek contemporary appliances. The rich
cherry cabinetry in the kitchen and bath complements the furniture,
the carpet and decor. The tv in the living room is enclosed in a
matching entertainment amoire where we've added a VCR/DVD for your
enjoyment. The stacked washer/dryer neatly fits in the compact
laundry room. Open the sliding glass door onto the private
balcony... a great vantage point to watch fireworks shows and Ocean
Boulevard activities.

This is a non-smoking resort/condo.

A private, secure, gated 6-story parking garage is also part of
this resort.
