too. Up a few more steps to loft bedroom with queen bed which opens
onto upper deck. Wonderful views of ocean from here.

Self contained living space with private access, queen bed, another
futon, bathroom and small kitchen.

Duing peak season, we rent for a minimum of 2 weeks with the following guideline prices:

13 June to 11 July (4 weeks)$13,000
11 July to August 8 (4 weeks) $16,000
8 August to 5 September (4 weeks) $18,000
ML-LD $35,000

Out of season we occassionally do weekend rentals of our self contained basement flat. The flat
sleeps 2 people has its own access, bathroom and kitchen. We are close to Gurneys Inn so ideally
placed for events taking place there. Sleeps 2 with possible 2 extra on futon bed. $150 per night.
