3rd Smaller bedroom with double bed.
Separate bathroom

2nd Floor
Main living space with cable TV, fireplace and bathroom. Futon here 
too. Up a few more steps to loft bedroom with queen bed which opens 
onto upper deck. Wonderful views of ocean from here.

Basement
Self contained living space with private access, queen bed, another 
futon, bathroom and small kitchen.
Single car garage and outside shower

10 mins walk to private Hither Hills beaches (Parking pass provided)

We only rent for June, July and August for a minimum of 2 weeks each 
rental. Guideline prices:

5 July - 2 August - $16,000
2 August - Labor day - $19,000
